A Note From the Nevada Fertility Institute Founder:
Welcome to Nevada Fertility Institute (NFI). As the Founder and Visionary behind this enterprise, I want to personally thank you for your interest in our center. NFI was founded to provide residents of Las Vegas and its surrounding areas with a local home for world-class reproductive endocrinology and fertility care. We are proud to offer the latest diagnostic and treatment options for patients from every background, and we are committed to service excellence at every step of our patients’ reproductive journeys.

One of our counselors will contact you to learn more about yourself and your goals. After that conversation, your counselor will work with you to book an appointment for you to meet with your Fertility doctor.
Meet with Your Fertility Doctor
You will meet with your fertility doctor, Dr. Duke, to discuss your fertility journey thus far, health history, and goals. From there, Dr. Duke will create a customized treatment plan for you.
Start Your Treatment
What happens next
Once you and your Doctor agree on your personalized treatment plan, your financial concierge will reach out to discuss that plan, including all financial information and payment options. If you decide to proceed with us, you will then meet your treatment concierge who will schedule you to begin treatment, as well as grant you access to your treatment calendar, via your patient portal account. This is where you can schedule appointments, coordinate prescriptions, and send 24/7 communications with your care team.
